Why I love the Speedee System and why it matters
Since the tennis court scene in The Founder, it’s become easier to explain what my work as a revenue architect is all about. The authentic, hands-on way the McDonald brothers reinvented the food assembly line shows the power of teaching through something physical and tangible. While most struggled with messy processes, they choreographed an entirely new system — the Speedee Service System — that became the foundation of fast food efficiency. That moment showed me that rethinking processes isn’t a burden, but a creative act.
I believe the same open-minded, ground-level approach can help any business redesign its operations to unlock efficiency, scale with clarity, and deliver better outcomes for customers and teams alike.
Isn’t that exactly what we ask from a growth ops team?

Sharing the systems I wish I had earlier in my career.
Attitude Ventures is the company I founded in 2015 to make my scale-up experience accessible to B2B teams that want structured, predictable growth.
Instead of acting like a classic consultancy, I work directly with founders and revenue teams through three solutions that reflect how real companies scale: sales workshops, revenue architecture design, and fractional leadership.
My approach is grounded in the Revenue Architecture principles developed by Winning by Design, combined with years of hands-on GTM experience in European and US SaaS companies. I focus on aligning sales, marketing, and customer success around a clear, repeatable go-to-market system that supports real growth rather than short-term spikes.
I believe in practical, teachable systems. One of my inspirations is McDonald's original Speedee System: simple, efficient, and designed to scale. That mindset influences how I design processes with clients, no matter their stage.
I’m also the creator of The Right Building Blocks podcast, where I break down business models using LEGO to make strategy easier to visualize and apply. It’s another way I try to give founders and operators tools they can actually use.
“Revenue Architecture is how you stop improvising and start building with purpose.”
How I'm positioned.
The consulting world is full of decks, diagnostics, and one-off advice. But founders and teams don’t need more slides — they need systems that work. That’s where my approach with Attitude Ventures stands apart.
I combine the adaptability of embedded partners with the repeatability of frameworks. My work lives between strategy and execution — building GTM engines that evolve with your business. To make that clear, here’s I we see the landscape of go-to-market consulting today.
Most firms lean on static insights or overly custom solutions.
💡 I design revenue systems that your team can run, improve, and scale.

My approach
I work side-by-side with your team to turn messy growth challenges into structured, scalable systems. Every engagement is hands-on, framework-driven, and brought to life through visual thinking and creative collaboration.
- ✓ Hand-on, I build with your team, not for it.
- ✓ Framework-based, repeatable systems over reinventing the wheel.
- ✓ Creative, I use metaphors, sketches, and unusual angles to unlock clarity.
- ✓ Visually structured, whiteboards, LEGO bricks, and physical models help teams see and shape ideas together.
